Shipping
How much is the shipping cost?
- FREE normal mailing for all purchases (no min order). However please note that thelaststraw.sg will not be responsible for any loss mail / parcels. We recommend buyer to opt for SmartPac or Courier Delivery both which comes with tracking number.
- SmartPac (with tracking): SGD$3.80 flat rate
- Door to door courier delivery: SGD$4.50 flat rate
How long will my order take to be delivered
- Normal Mailing: 4-6 business days upon dispatch
- SmartPac: 3-5 business days upon dispatch
- Door to door courier: 1-2 business days upon disptach
Please note that thelaststraw.sg will NOT be responsible for any loss mail / parcel if buyer opts for FREE normal mailing.

How can i pay for my order?
We offer safe shopping and accept payment via PayPal, Credit card, Debit card or VISA. All products are set in SGD Dollars, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.

Where can i see my purchase order
After you have made your payment, you will receive a confirmation email on the purchase made.
What should i do if i provide a wrong mailing address?
In case of providing us an incorrect mailing address, you should contact us immediately by sending an email to contact@thelaststraw.sg and provide us your correct address. We will check whether we can change it for you.
If your order has been mailed out, thelaststraw.sg will not be responsible if Singpost fails to redeliver the item back.
What if i received a defective / damaged item?
We always try to bring the best quality product to customers. However, there are many factors that affect negatively to the quality, especially shipping factor, that make our products be defective or damaged.
If you received a defective/damaged item, please kindly contact us by sending an email to contact@thelaststraw.sg, tell us about your problem and don't forget to attach photos/videos which can clearly show the problem.
There are 2 options that we can offer you, that we will send you a replacement, or you return our product to get a full refund.

How safe are your Stainless Steel Straws
We are proud to share our stainless steel straws are tested, verified & certified in Singapore. It is made of high quality stainless steel. This 304 food grade steel are corrosion resistant, rust free and will not degrade overtime. Best of all, our products are 100% plastic free!
Will the stainless-steel straw rust?
No. It is rust proof and made of food grade material (304). However like all stainless steel wares, they may be prone to slight scratches over time and can be polished.
How do i clean my straws?
Upon receiving your straws, you may choose any of the following cleaning methods:
- Soak in hot water for a minute
- Wash with a small amount of cleaning detergent using a cleaning brush
- Dishwasher (yes, its safe to use!)

Can i purchase bulk order or make special requests?

Can i customize my own logo?
Yes! However, do note that there’s a minimum order of 100sets for customization. Please contact us at: contact@thelaststraw.sg
