FREE! Yes, we recognised that you have done your part in reducing your plastic footprint therefore we will absorb the normal mailing cost. However, we will NOT be responsible for lost mails.
NOTE: To minimize any chances of loss parcels, we recommend the following delivery options: - SmartPac & Courier Delivery, both of which comes with tracking options.
Thelaststraw.sg currently ships locally, only within Singapore.
You may proceed to check the delivery status after you have received the package tracking number:

Upon order confirmation, your package will be mailed / dispatched to Singpost / courier partners within 2-3 business days. You can expect your delivery within the above timeframe (but there may be unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control after handing the package over to third-party courier partners / Singpost).
Thelaststraw.sg will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customers. Please ensure complete mailing address (especially unit number).
RETURN POLICY
This policy is only applicable for Defective items.
You shall examine the goods upon collection for any deficiencies and/or damages. If any product is found to be damaged inside after receiving the order, claims for return (if any) must be lodged to thelaststraw team at contact@thelaststraw.sg within the next 7 business days from the date of delivery/collection; otherwise thelaststraw.sg shall have the discretion to refuse your request and claims.
All return and refund requests are subjected thelaststraw.sg’s team approval. Thelaststraw.sg reserves the right to reject any requests according to returned products’ or unforeseen conditions. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
